For Telenor Norway AS we are seeking a Campaign Manager to fill a temporary position in their Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) team. Start date is mid-March and end date is mid-December 2019.

Through our mobile and landline network we provide telephony, broadband, and cable TV services to residential and business customers across the country. The Campaign Manager will take a central role in Telenor's CLM team. Therefore, it is highly crucial with experience in customer lifecycle management, marketing analytics, experimental design and testing.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Own campaign development process from start to finish
  • Develop marketing campaigns in close cooperation with Sales, Marketing and Finance and departments
  • Implement campaigns across various sales channels by working closely with IT department
  • Launch campaigns internally by presenting to a large audience
  • Train sales agents on campaign offer
  • Evaluate the effect of campaigns and optimize them
  • Build campaign roadmaps and follow up their delivery
  • Increase the efficiency of campaign process by reducing campaign time-to-market
  • Set up experiments and A/B tests to improve campaign performance
  • Work closely with customer lifecycle managers, data managers, data scientists and other internal stakeholders and assist them in the implementation of CLM activities

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Masters of Science in Marketing Management or other related areas
  • 5+ years of experience within marketing and CLM
  • Extensive competence within marketing campaign development and sales
  • Experience with building business presentations
  • Ability to communicate clearly to a large audience
  • Financial literacy is highly crucial
  • Experience with business case development
  • Understanding of broadband and TV market and of competition within this market is preferred
