In Project Administration and Quality Control we support the system projects with Quality support functions, like mechanical completion (MC), quality support in system testing, quality follow up at fabrication sites (template/manifold) and quality administration (follow up of project intervention activities, according to project inspection and test plan (ITP). We now seek to strengthen our skilled and dynamic team.

Execute Quality administration in projects. Notify for intervention activities. Manage the ITP tool.


Main Tasks

Plan and maintain ITP tool.

Notify the Client of agreed Quality interventions

Follow-up and implement needed action related to reviewing and approval of FMC/sub-supplier ITP and MRB.

Establish project overall ITP in ITP tool.

Administrate QS reports and fabrication documents.

Maintain project PO register (if applicable) and monitor relevant documentation regarding test activities.

Attend Project QA weekly meetings internal and with customer

Provide input on Quality activities to the project, E.g. monthly and weekly reports, project look-ahead for internal and customer use.

When needed, participate in Pre-Production Meetings in-house and at suppliers to ensure understanding of project quality requirements.

When needed, participate in project kick off meetings and address relevant quality requirements.


Preferred qualifications:

Higher education holding a Bachelor degree, or equivalent work experience.

Experience from Quality Management and/or Quality Assurance related work.

Good understanding of supply chain management and follow up.

Excellent knowledge of TechnipFMC GBPMS and procedures related to field of work

Knowledge and access of the following systems:

ITP database





SAP with relevant SAP roles (e.g. Z:PDM_DMS_APPR_KOS1)

 And also have;


 Ability to work systematically and independently and to define and reach milestones.


Good cooperation skills.

Able to make decisions and push actions through the organization.

Good skills in Norwegian and English language, verbal and written
