For one of our clients in the oil and gas industry we are now looking for a Project Quality Assurance Lead.


The Project Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for ensuring that an adequate Quality Assurance program is implemented for the projects, fulfilling quality objective standards and projects Contract requirements.


Main Responsibilities includes:


  • Develop, implement and maintain the necessary Project documentation needed to reflect quality management in compliance to Project specific requirements and in accordance with the company management system.
  • Establish and maintain the Main Control Plan and support the Package Control Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
  • Secure high level of quality awareness in the Project.
  • Establish Quality Assurance milestones for the Project plan.
  • Contribute in risk and criticality evaluations.
  • Establish and maintain the Notification plan from the control plan and supplier ITP’s. A tool for organizing, tracking, documenting and communicating notifications/NOIs within a project. If nominated; Project coordinator can be responsible.
  • Administration of notification of inspection activities (NOIs), internal and towards clients, including: Being responsible for communicating notifications within company, to Customer and return message to suppliers.
  • Support Supply Chain Management in the processes of supplier approval, including evaluation and re-evaluation.
  • Establish the Mechanical Completion (MC) for the deliverables. This includes planning and coordination of MC activities as required in the Project.
  • Plan, facilitate and/or participate in audits and reviews.
  • Monitor and follow up of nonconformance/deviation/concession reporting in the Project.
  • Participate in activities and processes related to continuous improvement in the Projects. This includes definition and maintenance of specific parameters and key performance indicators, experience feedback and lessons learned, trend and cause analysis etc. and monitoring for effect.
  • Status reporting.
  • Ensure required delivery documentation and Release Notes (Certificate of Compliance).


Skills and Experience:


  • Minimum Bachelor (3 years) with relevant Engineering/Business administration degree.
  • Relevant work experience and ERP system knowledge is desirable.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Structured.
  • Fluent in English language.
